Aleena Gardezi writes, Vegetarians now have a new option in town. A catering business that has catered at venues such as the White House, the Indian Embassy, and Landsdowne Resort decided to give their customers what they were asking for: a restaurant to dine in.
Rupa Vira’s The Signature, which is located at 21760 Beaumeade Circle Dr #120 in Ashburn hosted a grand opening on September 18th.
“Rupa Vira’s The Signature brings the ‘Gujarati Thali’ experience for the first time to Washington Metropolitan Area,” said Priyank Vira, co-owner of the restaurant and catering service. “Indian cuisine has vast and varied traditions. With many regions and culture to consider, we chose to feature one of best from Gujarat, a state in Western India.”
